Pulitzer Prize winner Bill Foley will teach a 1-day FUA photography seminar this October. Enrollments are open for seminar sign-up.
FUA’s Fall 2016 seminar week will host a special guest amongst its lineup of instructors. Pulitzer Prize winner Bill Foley will teach the Light of Florence and Tuscany seminar as a part of FUA’s Faculty Development Program, which invites international faculty to Florence for the exchange of ideas and learning opportunities for the local academic community.
Seminar code and title: DIPHLF310S Light of Florence and Tuscany
Time and date: Thursday October 27, 9am-8:30pm
Seminar requirements: A DSLR camera and a lens with a focal length of 55mm or wider is required for this course. A digital 35mm viewfinder camera (20+ megapixels minimum) is also acceptable.

About the photographer:
Bill Foley is a Pulitzer Prize winning photographer (1983, Series on the Sabra and Chatilla Massacres) and educator. Over the past 38 years, he has worked on assignment for editorial, non-profit, and commercial organizations in over 47 countries and the United States. His photographs have appeared in the New York Times, Time Magazine, Newsweek, Paris Match, LA Times and the Washington Post, as well as other major publications in the United States and around the world. Foley is known for his images that document the human condition around the world in War and Peace.
