Blending Newsletter's Spring 2017 first issue released.

 

The current Blending Newsletter is the first issue of Spring 2017. Get a sneak peek of the upcoming Apicius conference panelists, including top chefs and professional sport nutritionists. FUA students for the first time are publishing articles written in the Italian language focusing on the regions of Campania and Veneto.
